Andrew Rittler joined MITEM Corporation in 2013 to bring the eVigils platform to market and lead product direction.

Andrew has a 35-year history in healthcare technology leading consulting, sales, and service operations for Amherst Associates, HBOC/McKesson, SMS/Seimens, HMS, and Acumen Physician Solutions/Fresenius, along with leading several early market companies to successful transactions.

Andrew was raised in Philadelphia, educated, and lived in Chicago and currently resides with his family in Middle Tennessee. His career reflects an enduring commitment to collaboration and improving patient care.

Aurel Kleinerman, M.D., Ph.D., is the founder and CEO of MITEM Corporation. He is the inventor and architect of MITEM’s application integration technology. The eVigils and Blue Iris products from MITEM Corporation address and solve the complex problems of integration in the healthcare industry.

Dr. Kleinerman has worked in computer science and systems architecture for more than 40 years, with particular emphasis on non-invasive integration of various disparate systems. He has developed software for a variety of advanced systems and developed the first microsystem for control and data collection in a biochemistry laboratory.

Dr. Kleinerman received a Ph.D. in mathematics from Cornell University, an M.D. from Johns Hopkins University, and completed his residency in medicine at Stanford University Medical Center. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of California.

Mike joined eVigils in 2019 to lead its Business Development efforts.

Mike has over 35 years in the Healthcare sector. He served in executive leadership roles for HBOC, APACHE Medical Systems, Cerner, and SOURCECorp, along with several startup companies. Mike’s leadership contributed to the high growth of privately owned and fortune 500 companies.

Mike was raised in Chicago, educated at Iowa State University, and currently resides with his family in the Philadelphia area.

Randall Green, Analytics and Integration

Randall Green

Analytics & Integration

Randall is a seasoned and passionate healthcare data analytics professional with a focus on accounting, clinical data analytics and financial data analytics for Critical Access, urban acute health enterprises, provider groups, surgery and surgery centers in the US an Europe.

Randall is the creator of the actuarially certified algorithm, ra·con (Readmission Condition Index), which is proven effective in predicting 30-day readmissions across patient populations.

Originally from Arkansas, Randall is graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Accounting, after which he moved to Middle Tennessee and continues to reside with his family. When not crunching data, Randall enjoys fishing, hunting, and storm chasing.

David Carroll has more than 40 years of experience with computer technology and IT practices including data communications and real-time system integration. David was instrumental in Bank of America’s deployment of automation to their EMEA region, before joining their U.S. based Latin American automation program. He has supervised MITEM’s IT needs since MITEM’s inception.
